My main passion is exploring nature via trail running, both in the UK and overseas. In more recent years I have embraced hiking, walking and wild camping (where legal). I’m equally as happy in a desert as I am in a bog. My favourite place is a small old oak wood on Dartmoor even though I live in Cornwall. I’m increasingly becoming a more active and strident environmental campaigner – time is running out. My one cannot do without is good coffee.
