How to have fun on a half marathon

Sometimes the pressure of performing at a major event, whether that’s a half marathon, parkrun or spartan race, it can feel pretty overwhelming with the pressure of hitting your times or achieving your personal best. On National Mental Health day, myself and pals decided to forget our times and just have some fun at the Brighton Half Marathon and encourage others along the way.
