Black Girls Do Run UK

BGDRUK was established in April 2019. We are a small running group who are all about encouraging, inspiring, and motivating black females to run and take part in running events.

We are here to play a part in increasing diversity in running participation and running events.

Running events are not always diverse, we are here to change the narrative, to dispel the stereo types that regular females do not run!  We can run, we do run, and we will run!
