Mountain Rescue England and Wales (MREW) are presenting three sessions in the Mountain Rescue Hub.

The sessions are:

Dressing for the Outdoors – The importance of layering and clothing selection

Digital Mapping – Drop-in workshop on using mapping effectively in conjunction with traditional maps.

CPR – Emergency CPR for the untrained person
