Caroline, also known as Caz, is a skilled Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Coach and Guide with a strong love for the outdoors. Her award winning business, SUP Lass Paddle Adventures, is located on the outskirts of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), providing her access to a wealth of picturesque paddle locations which she shares with clients. Outside of Wales, Caz has guided several multi-day expeditions, particularly in Scandinavia, with her focus on making adventures accessible, especially for women.

She has taken on numerous paddle challenges like the Great Glen, Trent 100, SUP Twelve, Wye150, and the Nautic Paddle, among others. Recently, Caz returned from a trip in the Peruvian Amazon, where she achieved the feat of being the first woman to stand up paddle board over 300km down the mighty Madre de Dios river.

In the past, Caz managed the outdoor kitchen ‘Fodder in the Field’, preparing dishes using local and seasonal ingredients in scenic locations such as mountain tops and forests. She has seamlessly blended this culinary expertise into her paddling expeditions, offering her unique SUP + Cook adventures on the water.

Additionally, Caz holds a position as a Trustee for the Welsh Dee Trust and is a Water Safety Volunteer for the RNLI.
