Not only is Kwoklyn Wan a TV chef, presenter, best-selling cookbook author and all-round Chinese food expert, his love for cooking in the great outdoors is a passion he is always keen to share with everyone.
Raised in his family’s Cantonese restaurants in Leicester, he has been around Chinese food all his life and developed a deep enjoyment for cooking. He poured his unwavering love of food into perfecting classic Chinese and East Asian recipes which are showcased in a series of best-selling cookery books. His debut, Chinese Takeaway Book, was released in 2019, and has gone on to be sold worldwide in multiple languages. Another six books have since joined the series.
