Cold water swimmer and environmentalist. I am the founder of the non profit organisation We swim Wild fusing scientific research and swimming to protect our wild spaces and encourage more people to get outside swimming safely. I am currently in the middle of swimming 1000 km in every UK National Park to test for micro plastic pollution after finding it on the top of Snowdon. I am a Ordnance Survey ambassador and an ambassador for Orca sportswear and Hydroflask encouraging both brands to be more sustainable . I also run Snowdonia beach clean.
