I am a Teacher of Outdoor Education within a co-educational school in East Hull for both day and residential pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. The school is a mixed gender school for pupils between the ages of 11 and 16 years who have an Education Health Care Plan for special educational needs.
I currently run an Outdoor Curriculum for Year 9 pupils and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Programme for all of our Year 10 pupils. We deliver Bushcraft, MTB, Navigation (NNAS Award), First Aid (SJA), Climbing (NIBAS/NICAS) and Kayak/Canoeing (Paddle Awards). I like pupils to learn new skills, help others, have fun and gain a great sense pride for their achievements but above all have some ADVENTURE.
In my own time I enjoy Bushcraft, Bouldering, MTB and White Water Kayaking. Follow my adventures on my socials @Into_The_Wold
